1. Subscription Details: This purchase enrolls you in a subscription-based service. A fee will be charged upon enrollment and will automatically renew annually at the price you locked in during your initial subscription. See item 8 below for the Cancellation policy.
2. Product Nature: Please note that ‘The Nest’ is a digital product and service. No physical items will be sent to program members. Although PayPal may collect shipping addresses, it’s a standard procedure and not indicative of any physical shipment related to this program.
3. Usage & Access: Once enrolled, you’ll gain access to ‘The Nest’ content and services. The format and platform for access will be shared post-purchase.
4. Content Ownership: All content, materials, and other intellectual property associated with ‘The Nest’ remain the exclusive property of Imperfect Parent. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or use is strictly prohibited.
5. Privacy: We value your privacy. Your personal and payment details are protected and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to process your payment or provide the service.
6. Communications: By purchasing ‘The Nest’, you may receive periodic updates, newsletters, or promotional content related to the program. If you wish to opt out of these communications, you’ll have the option to do so.
7. Media and Marketing Use:
   By participating in ‘The Nest,’ you acknowledge and agree that any recordings of group sessions, submitted materials, or other shared content may be used by Imperfect Parent for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes. Any identifying information will be removed or anonymized to protect your privacy unless explicit permission is granted by you.
8. Payment Failures: In case of a payment failure upon renewal, access to ‘The Nest’ may be suspended until successful payment. We will notify you of any payment issues and provide a grace period to address them.
9. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Ensure you cancel before the renewal date to avoid the subsequent year’s charge.
10. Money-Back Guarantee: If, within 60 days of joining the program, you share with us that despite your best effort, you cannot achieve the transformation you desired with this program, we will return your investment.
11. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers in a timely manner.
